If a chop dies quickly (within 24-48 hours), please screenshot it failing - hitting otp etc. We will test and refund/refund for you.

Our products are all updated monthly and any chops that are known to be dead/not working are taken down instantly, so everything on our site is always 100% active & working. If anyone runs into any suddenly dead chops, they can contact us for replacement/refund.
